1. The changes are the body temperature went up and his breathing and heart rate went up he had alot more persperation and heavy breathing.

2. Its helps because if u do it enough ur body will get used to it and if u stay in shape it helps with keep blood pressure and heart rate at normal levels

3. sweating is one way to keep the body at a cool temperature

4. it keeps the heart at a good rate so u don't have a heart attack or stroke

5. I figured out the body is very good at staying at an equal rate with everything like when he was running every thing like blood pressure and heart rate went up but only a little each time. As soon as he was done tho the cool off process happens pretty quick cuz it only takes a few minutes for everything to drop back to normal.
